After high school, I found my calling: an active career that wouldn't confine me to a lecture hall for four years. Eager to jump into the fitness world, I enrolled in the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Fanshawe College. Fresh out of the graduation gate, I dove headfirst into the dynamic world of fitness, securing a position at a local gym.


It was during these early days that I earned my personal training certification, a pivotal moment that crystallized my path. Working directly with clients, I discovered a profound sense of purpose – helping individuals unlock their potential, transform their lives, and achieve their fitness goals became my mission.


After honing my skills and expertise in the trenches, I took the reins of the personal training department at a prestigious country club. For years, I sculpted bodies, built strength, and fostered a community of wellness enthusiasts. However, my journey didn't end there.

Driven by a desire for greater impact and a commitment to a more personalized fitness experience, I took the leap into entrepreneurship. Thus, Performance Fitness was born – a culmination of years of passion, dedication, and the unwavering belief that fitness is not just a destination but a transformative journey.
